These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website SingaporeAirportServices.com (“Website”) and any bookings made through it. By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1) About Our Role
Singapore Airport Services operates as an independent service coordination platform. We do not own or operate airport facilities, airlines, or immigration services. We arrange airport-related assistance services through authorized third-party providers (“Service Providers”) based on the details you submit at the time of booking.
2) Eligibility & Accurate Information
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate details (name, flight number, date/time, terminal, passenger notes, contact information, etc.).
- Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, service limitations, or inability to deliver the service. In such cases, refunds may not be available (see Section 7).
3) Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email (or on-screen confirmation).
- Some services may require manual verification with Service Providers. If a service cannot be confirmed, we will contact you for alternatives or issue a refund where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for operational, safety, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons.
4) Service Delivery
- Services are provided on the scheduled date/time based on the flight and passenger information you submit.
- Service delivery can be affected by airport operational conditions, security rules, airline/immigration procedures, delays, or force majeure events (see Section 10).
- “Fast Track” assistance, where available, is an assistance and coordination service and does not guarantee expedited clearance in all circumstances, as final decisions may depend on airport/immigration procedures.
5) Prices, Taxes & Inclusions
- Displayed prices are shown on the Website at the time of purchase.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices include service coordination and the relevant service fee charged by the Service Provider.
- Additional requirements (extra passengers, special requests, terminal changes, last-minute changes, etc.) may require an additional fee. We will inform you before confirming any extra charges.
6) Payments
Payments on this Website are processed securely through certified online payment systems. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment methods, 3D Secure requirements, and transaction approvals are subject to the policies of the payment processor and your bank.
7) Cancellation, Refunds & Changes
Refund and cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the service type, the Service Provider’s rules, and how close the request is to the scheduled service time.
- Customer-initiated cancellation: If you request cancellation within the allowed window stated on the relevant service page or in your confirmation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Customer changes (flight/time/passenger): Changes may be possible depending on availability. Additional fees may apply. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
- No-shows: If the passenger does not arrive, cannot be reached, or misses the meeting point/time, refunds are generally not available.
- Incorrect information: If service fails due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you, refunds may not be available.
- Service unavailability: If a service cannot be delivered due to provider unavailability and no suitable alternative is accepted, we will issue a refund for the undelivered portion.
For refund requests, please contact us using the details on the Contact page and include your order number, passenger name, and service date.
8) Customer Responsibilities at the Airport
- Arrive on time and follow the meeting point instructions provided in your confirmation.
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa if required, tickets, etc.).
- Follow airport, airline, and local authority rules and instructions.
- Maintain reachable contact (phone/WhatsApp/email) on the service day for coordination.
9) Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the Website for fraudulent transactions. We may suspend or terminate access and cancel bookings if prohibited use is suspected.
10) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: airport closures, severe weather, strikes, security incidents, government actions, airline schedule changes, system outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to offer alternatives where possible.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singapore Airport Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12) Privacy
We process personal data to manage bookings and deliver services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13) Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, design, logos, and visuals, is the property of Singapore Airport Services or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
14) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the relevant legal procedures in the appropriate jurisdiction.
15) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
